Fair Usage Guidelines

Account and Access Management

Multiple Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts by the same person may result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you need to change account details, please contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our educational platform, excluding scheduled maintenance periods:

  • Scheduled maintenance typically occurs during low-usage hours (2-4 AM Sri Lanka time)
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice for security or stability
  • Users will be notified of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance
  • Course deadlines may be extended for significant service disruptions

Feature Availability

Service features may vary based on:

  • Your course enrollment level (Foundation, Advanced, or Career Accelerator)
  • Geographic location and local regulations
  • Device compatibility and technical requirements
  • Beta features may be available to select users for testing

Geographic Restrictions

Our services are primarily designed for students in Sri Lanka. While we welcome international students, certain features like job placement assistance and local industry partnerships may be limited outside Sri Lanka. Payment methods and pricing may vary by region.

Service Modifications and Updates

We continuously improve our services and may:

  • Update course content to reflect industry changes and technological advances
  • Modify platform features to enhance user experience
  • Discontinue outdated features with reasonable notice to users
  • Introduce new services and educational offerings

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including videos, texts, assignments, and software, are owned by Neural Nexus Institute or our licensed partners. This includes:

  • Lecture videos and educational content
  • Course curriculum and learning pathways

User-Generated Content Rights

When you submit projects, assignments, or participate in discussions:

  • You retain ownership of your original work and creative content
  • You grant us license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes
  • Outstanding student projects may be featured with your permission
  • You may use your projects in your personal portfolio

License Grants

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational materials during your enrollment period and for personal learning purposes only. This license does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or modification of our content.

All content on our platform is protected by copyright law. "Neural Nexus," our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Neural Nexus Institute. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material may result in legal action.
