Multiple Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts by the same person may result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you need to change account details, please contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our educational platform, excluding scheduled maintenance periods:

• • Scheduled maintenance typically occurs during low-usage hours (2-4 AM Sri Lanka time)
• • Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice for security or stability

• • Your course enrollment level (Foundation, Advanced, or Career Accelerator)

Geographic Restrictions

Our services are primarily designed for students in Sri Lanka. While we welcome international students, certain features like job placement assistance and local industry partnerships may be limited outside Sri Lanka. Payment methods and pricing may vary by region.

Service Modifications and Updates

We continuously improve our services and may:
